MURRAY, Ky. - Services for Thomas E. Lovett Sr., 83, of Murray will be at 2 p.m. today at Churchill-Imes Family Funeral Home with Matthew Williams and Jason Carroll officiating. Burial will be at Murray Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Lovett died at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at Murray-Calloway County Hospital.
A native of Marshall County, he was a former Tappan employee and of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are his wife, Lounell Oakley Lovett; one son, Junior Lovett of Murray; two daughters, Cathy Stockdale of Hazel and Carolyn Carroll of Murray; one brother, Charles Lovett of Hardin; one sister, Nellie Jones of Benton; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by three sisters. His parents were Jess Gatewood Lovett and Monico Mathis Lovett.
