MURRAY, Ky. - Harold Houston, 83, of Murray died at 4:20 a.m. Tuesday at Murray-Calloway County Hospital.
Mr. Houston was a retired farmer and member of Locust Baptist Church. He was a World War II U.S. Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Maxine Elkins Houston; one daughter, Annette Baccus of Cadiz; two sons, Rex Houston of Murray and Phil Houston of Springfield, Tenn.; one brother, Thomas Houston of Murray; one sister, Kate Eldridge of Murray; and two granddaughters.
His parents were Elbert and Jetta Galloway Houston.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at J.H. Churchill Funeral Home. Hal Shipley and Ryker Wilson will officiate, with burial in Murray Memorial Gardens.
